Return Policy
Purchases may be returned for a full refund within 14 days after the item was delivered to purchaser. The returned items must be in perfect condition in its original undamaged packaging. All purchases become final after 14 days.
Exceptions:
· All sale items are final and non-refundable
· All special ordered items are final and non-refundable
· Shipping and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable
· Gifts may be returned, but the credit-back will be on the original card used for purchase and we cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient
Purchaser must contact us directly before you attempt to exchange or return Product and must be approved from customer service prior to sending the items. In the event that the customer was originally offered free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the credit / refund.
Please, return include the original invoice with the items you are returning. Only returns with receipt will be processed. If you choose to have your items exchanged, please let us know with the exact item you are looking for. Please be advised that after you receive your exchange you cannot return it any longer.
We encourage you to send all returns via UPS or FedEx with tracking. We are not responsible for any lost returns.
